Vinification: traditional red-wine vinification with 6–7 days of skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 26–28°C

Ageing: in oak barrels for 6–8 months

Alcohol content: 13% – Contains sulphites

Serving temperature: 16–18°C
