Audere LACIOCCOLATA is an artisan reality rooted in Upper Piedmont. Each of his creations is based on the constant search for authenticity: the work follows artisanal processes that respect tradition and integrate harmoniously with the excellence of the territory. The production philosophy is based on a clear and rigorous rule: use only a few ingredients, the truly essential ones, always natural and selected with the utmost attention.
Wildflower honey embodies the identity of the territory from which it comes: perfumes and aromas describe its environment of origin like sensory snapshots, making each production unique and non-replicable. Its name, in fact, is a direct expression of the local blooms that characterize it, varying depending on the area and altitude, which can range from 0 to 1400 metres, with blooms extending from April to September. Versatile and naturally balanced, it pairs perfectly with fresh and soft cheeses, and is ideal for enhancing sweet preparations such as candied fruit, ice cream and panna cotta. In the kitchen it is also widely used in savory preparations, where it can be used to season, marinate or cook meat and fish, as well as as a natural sweetener for milk, tea and herbal teas.
