Intense ruby red color with purple shades. On the nose it reveals spiced notes, red fruit, hints of undergrowth and aroma of plum jam. On the palate it is dry, full-bodied, harmonious, and moderately tannic.

Vinification: gentle thinning and pressing of the bunches. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, preceded by cold pre-fermentation maceration for 24–48 hours, followed by punch-downs and delestage. Malolactic fermentation is performed in steel
Refinement: aged in French oak barriques for 24-36 months, followed by 12 months of bottle aging
Alcohol content: 14.5% - contains sulphites
