“Senapata” quince mustard is a traditional Cremonese specialty that best expresses the combination of sweetness and spiciness. Prepared with a high percentage of selected quinces and flavored with mustard essential oil, it has a characteristic solid consistency, ideal for serving in slices or cubes. Its sweet and sour profile, intense but balanced, makes it particularly suitable for accompanying boiled meats, roasts, cured meats and mature cheeses, enhancing the flavors with a strong and refined aromatic note.

Ingredients
Quinces 80%, sugar, citrus peel, gelling agent: natural pectin, acidifier: citric acid, aroma mustard. Contains: mustard, sulfur dioxide. GLUTEN FREE. 
Store in a dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator
