MY HOUSE GARDEN - READY TO AUBERGINE SAUCE

Casa Iuorio's vegetables and greens are grown following the natural rhythms of the land and the seasons. We use exclusively seeds of native varieties, without resorting to intensive cultivation or greenhouses. The plants grow in the open field, without the use of chemical agents, and are carefully harvested by hand. The transformation takes place directly in Casa Iuorio, selecting only the vegetables that have reached perfect ripeness. Even the potting and labeling are handcrafted, guaranteeing an authentic and genuine product.
Ready-made sauce prepared in an artisanal way with vegetables. Ideal for seasoning pasta, excellent for bruschetta.

Ingredients
Tomato pulp, peeled datterini tomatoes 40%, aubergines 15%, extra virgin olive oil 5%, onion, whole sea salt.
Without preservatives and colorants.
After opening, keep in the refrigerator at a temperature of 5°C and consume within 3 days.
