Rich yet delicate in flavour, this sauce is slowly simmered, starting with garlic gently sautéed in extra virgin olive oil, followed by artichokes with a splash of white wine, a sprinkling of parsley and Roma-type tomato pulp.

Tomatoes 76% (origin: Italy), artichokes 14.5%, extra virgin olive oil, white wine, parsley, garlic, salt.
Store in a cool place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 5–7 days.
