Inspired by the wonderful Roman recipe, simple and delicious, this sauce combines gently sautéed onion with rich tomato pulp, finished with a generous sprinkling of cacio cheese and black pepper. A touch of parsley is added at the end of cooking.

Ingredients
Tomatoes 78% (origin: Italy), extra virgin olive oil, onion, cacio cheese 5.2% (cow’s milk, salt, lactic cultures, rennet), white wine, parsley, salt, black pepper 0.4%.
Store in a cool place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 5–7 days.
