This sauce combines the aromas of golden onion, carrot, celery and basil with the intense flavour of sun-dried tomatoes, a concentrated source of minerals and vitamins. Roma-type tomato pulp completes the recipe, slowly bubbling away in the pot.

Ingredients
Tomatoes 73% (origin: Italy), sun-dried tomatoes 9%, onion, extra virgin olive oil, carrot, celery, basil, salt.
Store in a cool place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 5–7 days.
