A ready-to-use sauce with sun-dried sweet peppers, offering a delicate yet savoury flavour.

Ingredients
Tomato pulp, datterini tomato passata 20%, extra virgin olive oil 6%, aged cow’s milk ricotta 4% (contains milk proteins), dried sweet peppers 1%, garlic.
No preservatives or colourings.
After opening, refrigerate at 5°C and consume within 3 days.
