The plants are cultivated in open fields, without the use of chemical agents, and are carefully harvested by hand. Processing takes place directly at Casa Iuorio, selecting only vegetables that have reached perfect ripeness. Even the jar filling and labeling are carried out artisanally, ensuring an authentic and genuine product.
The ready-made sauce with aged ricotta meatballs and dried peppers is handmade according to the traditional rustic farming heritage. It can be used as a convenient and flavorful pasta sauce or served on toasted bread as an appetizer.

Eggs, aged cow’s milk ricotta 6.8% (cow’s whey, salt), soft wheat flour type “0”, water, salt, brewer’s yeast, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil, dried sweet pepper, garlic, pepper.
Sauce
Peeled tomatoes, datterino tomato purée, garlic.
Free from preservatives and artificial colorings. Contains gluten.
After opening, store in the refrigerator at 5°C and consume within 1 week.
