Straw yellow with greenish highlights. The bouquet reveals citrus aromas of grapefruit and lime, delicate floral notes of white flowers and acacia blossom, together with yellow- and white-fleshed fruit such as peach and melon. Pleasantly mineral and savoury on the palate, with a highly fragrant finish.
