Okris rice is a wholemeal variety with an ocher-hazelnut grain, rich in fiber and proteins, which combines consistency and nutrition in a single product. Thanks to its compact structure, it guarantees relatively rapid cooking during which the grain keeps its shape well defined, ideal for rice salads, creative side dishes or light single dishes.
