Dalla Dispensa is an artisan company with the aim of recovering and enhancing the authentic flavors of tradition. The company operates between a laboratory, shop and small restaurant in the Val d'Ossola area, offering products made from simple and natural ingredients, respecting the recipes of the past and local raw materials. La Cipollosa is made according to artisanal methods, using selected red onions to obtain a perfect balance between sweetness and delicate aromatic notes. The artisanal processing allows the characteristics of the raw material to be brought out to the fullest. The result is a refined and enveloping product, with a balanced and persistent taste, ideal for accompanying cheeses or enriching gourmet preparations with an elegant sweet and sour touch.

Ingredients
Red onions 80%, sugar 20%, red wine (sulphites), balsamic vinegar glaze, lemon juice, juniper, cloves, salt, pepper. After opening, store in the refrigerator.
