Founded in Tuscany by a family with deep agricultural roots, this artisanal company combines tradition and quality in the production of organic dried pasta. For three generations, the Bertoli family has grown its own durum wheat on the unspoilt hills of Santa Luce, following sustainable farming principles and ensuring full supply chain traceability. In addition to organic artisanal pasta made through a short supply chain using its own durum wheat, carefully processed to enhance its sensory qualities and digestibility, the company also produces extra virgin olive oil, organic honey and pasta seasoning blends. Its production philosophy is based on full traceability, respect for biodiversity and making the most of its agricultural ingredients, offering a complementary range of authentic products.
Organic dried pasta made exclusively with wheat grown by BioAgricola Bertoli. The wheat is stored under controlled conditions and sent to Molino Borgioli, where it is processed separately from other wheat varieties. The semolina is then sent to the pasta factory, where state-of-the-art machinery ensures careful, controlled and high-quality processing. Made exclusively with ancient wheat varieties, such as Senatore Cappelli and Saragolla, which provide high-quality gluten. Bronze-drawn and dried at very low temperatures. These production methods create an outstanding product that retains all its sensory characteristics and is easier to digest.
