Extra virgin olive oil of a superior category obtained directly from olives and only through mechanical procedures. It is cold extracted (< 26°C) and the free acidity, expressed as oleic acid, is less than 0.8%. It is produced with olives belonging to the following cultivars: Moraiolo, Frantoio, Leccino, and Pendolino. The olives are harvested manually in the months of October and November. This oil is characterized by excellent organoleptic components. Ideal for all preparations.
