Extra virgin olive oil of a higher category obtained directly from the olives and only through mechanical procedures. It is cold extracted (<26 ° C) and free acidity, expressed in oleic acid, is less than 0.8%. It is produced with olives belonging to the following cultivars: Moraiolo, Frantoio, Leccino and Pendolino. The olives are collected manually in the months of October and November. This oil is characterized by excellent organoleptic components. Ideal for all preparations.
