This sauce combines the sweetness of garden vegetables with the fragrance of basil. Aubergines and peppers sautéed with golden onion take centre stage in this ready-to-use sauce. Gently cooked in a pot, starting with a lightly sautéed onion base, the vegetables are added gradually, followed by organic Roma-type tomato pulp. Slowly simmered and seasoned with salt. With no added sugars or tomato concentrate, this sauce delivers quality and authenticity. Full supply chain traceability is also guaranteed.

Ingredients
Organic tomatoes 69%, organic aubergines 8.9%, organic peppers 8.2%, organic onion, organic extra virgin olive oil, white wine (contains sulphites), organic basil, salt.
Store in a cool place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 5–7 days.
