ORGANIC OCCITAN GIN

Bordiga is a historic Piedmontese distillery founded in Cuneo in 1888 by Cavalier Pietro Bordiga, a herbalist with extensive knowledge of Alpine botanicals and Eastern spices. For over a century, it has produced liqueurs and spirits using original recipes and artisanal methods passed down through generations. Many of the herbs and botanicals are gathered by hand in the Occitan Valleys and processed separately through slow maceration and distillation. Remaining true to its roots, Bordiga continues to use its traditional wood-fired still to create authentic specialities deeply connected to the Alpine region.
Produced entirely in Cuneo, an area renowned for the quality of its ingredients and its artisanal heritage, Organic Gin Occitan is a special edition made with juniper gathered during the Montemale Juniper Harvest Festival. The result is a crystal-clear, bright spirit with a complex aromatic profile. Intense notes of woodland and pine resin introduce the balsamic character of juniper and delicate citrus nuances. Structured and persistent on the palate, it offers a perfect balance between spice and freshness, making it ideal for sipping neat or creating cocktails with a distinctive character.
