Produced entirely in Cuneo, an area renowned for the quality of raw materials and artisan tradition. Organic Occitan Gin is a special edition: the juniper used comes from the Montemale Juniper Harvest Festival. The result is a crystalline and brilliant distillate, with a complex aromatic profile: intense notes of undergrowth and pine resin anticipate the balsamic components of juniper and citrus nuances. On the palate it is structured and persistent, with a perfect balance between spices and freshness, ideal for pure tastings or for cocktails with a strong character.
