Organic Pasta Mix is specially formulated for making fresh pasta. It is made with 100% Italian, stone-milled ingredients. Thanks to its balanced composition, the mix is ideal for creating elastic, easy-to-work doughs. It is suitable for preparing fresh pasta with or without eggs, including tagliatelle, fettuccine and ravioli, as well as more rustic pasta shapes. The durum wheat semolina gives the dough body and strength, while the soft wheat flour ensures a softer texture.

Ingredients
Type 1 ancient grain soft wheat flour, Cappelli durum wheat semolina, durum wheat semolina. Contains gluten.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and direct light. Once opened, reseal the pack carefully or transfer the mix to an airtight container to protect it from moisture, odours and insects.
