Organic Roman Pinsa Mix is specially formulated for preparing traditional Roman pinsa. Thanks to its balanced formulation, the mix provides an elastic dough with excellent hydration capacity, ideal for achieving a soft interior and a crisp outer texture. It is suitable for preparing Roman pinsa in its traditional elongated shape, but can also be used for light focaccia and similar leavened preparations. The rice flour and soya flour contribute lightness and good hydration, while the spelt sourdough adds aromatic depth and a subtle natural fermentation note. The combination of ingredients ensures excellent workability during kneading and good stability during proving.

Ingredients
Type 0 soft wheat flour, rice flour, toasted soya flour, spelt sourdough. Contains gluten.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and direct light. Once opened, reseal the pack carefully or transfer the mix to an airtight container to protect it from moisture, odours and insects.
