ORTOMAYO® VEGAN EGGPLANT MAYONNAISE

Casa Iuorio's vegetables and greens are grown following the natural rhythms of the land and the seasons. We use exclusively seeds of native varieties, without resorting to intensive cultivation or greenhouses. The plants grow in the open field, without the use of chemical agents, and are carefully harvested by hand. The transformation takes place directly in Casa Iuorio, selecting only the vegetables that have reached perfect ripeness. Even the potting and labeling are handcrafted, guaranteeing an authentic and genuine product.
ORTOMAYO® is a 100% vegetable mayonnaise prepared with just 4 ingredients: a seasonal vegetable, extra virgin olive oil, lemon and salt. It is a vegan, light and naturally colored sauce. It is the natural cycle of the seasons that dictates the pace of preparation of this product.

After opening, keep in the refrigerator at a temperature of 5°C and consume within 2 weeks
