Casa Iuorio's vegetables and greens are grown following the natural rhythms of land and seasons. We  exclusively use seeds of native varieties, without resorting to intensive cultivation or greenhouses. The plants grow in the open field, without the use of chemical agents, and are carefully harvested by hand. The transformation takes place directly in Casa Iuorio, selecting only perfectly ripe vegetables. Even the potting and labeling are handcrafted, guaranteeing an authentic and genuine product.
Soft and velvety cream that reinterprets classic mayonnaise in a completely vegetable version, made with Papaccella peppers and without eggs. The delicate flavor of the peppers combines with the freshness of the lemon and the quality of the extra virgin olive oil, giving life to a light, creamy and flavorful condiment. Ideal for those looking for a genuine and versatile alternative, perfect for enriching numerous preparations.

Ingredients
Peppers 88%, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, whole sea salt.
Without eggs, preservatives, lactose. GLUTEN FREE.
Store in a cool place and away from light sources. After opening, store in the refrigerator at a maximum of +5 °C and consume within 2 weeks. Shake before use.
