ORTOMAYO® VEGAN AUBERGINE MAYONNAISE

Casa Iuorio’s vegetables are grown following the natural rhythms of the land and the seasons. Only seeds from native varieties are used, without resorting to intensive farming or greenhouses. The plants grow in open fields, without the use of chemical agents, and are carefully harvested by hand. Processing takes place directly at Casa Iuorio, selecting only vegetables that have reached perfect ripeness. Even the jar filling and labelling are carried out by hand, ensuring an authentic and genuine product.
A plant-based cream with a smooth, velvety texture, made with selected aubergines and extra virgin olive oil. The delicate flavour of the aubergines, enhanced by the freshness of lemon juice, makes it a light and tasty alternative to traditional mayonnaise.

Ingredients
Aubergines 74%, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, unrefined sea salt.
Egg-free, preservative-free and lactose-free. GLUTEN-FREE.
Store in a cool place away from light. After opening, keep refrigerated at a maximum temperature of +5°C and consume within 2 weeks. Shake before use.
