ORTOMAYO® VEGAN CAULIFLOWER MAYONNAISE

Casa Iuorio’s vegetables are grown following the natural rhythms of the land and the seasons. Only seeds from native varieties are used, without resorting to intensive farming or greenhouses. The plants grow in open fields, without the use of chemical agents, and are carefully harvested by hand. Processing takes place directly at Casa Iuorio, selecting only vegetables that have reached perfect ripeness. Even the jar filling and labelling are carried out by hand, ensuring an authentic and genuine product.
A smooth and delicate plant-based cream made with fresh cauliflower and extra virgin olive oil. Its balanced flavour and velvety texture make it an excellent alternative to traditional mayonnaise. Vegan and free from preservatives, gluten and lactose, it is ideal for accompanying a wide variety of dishes with lightness and flavour.

Ingredients
Cauliflower 73%, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, unrefined sea salt.
Egg-free, preservative-free and lactose-free. GLUTEN-FREE.
Store in a cool place away from light. After opening, keep refrigerated at a maximum temperature of +5°C and consume within 2 weeks. Shake before use.
