The plants grow in open fields, without the use of chemical agents, and are carefully harvested by hand. Processing takes place directly at Casa Iuorio, selecting only vegetables that have reached perfect ripeness. Even the jar filling and labelling are carried out by hand, ensuring an authentic and genuine product.
A smooth, velvety cream that reinterprets classic mayonnaise in a completely plant-based version, made with Papaccella peppers and no eggs. The delicate flavour of the peppers combines with the freshness of lemon and the quality of extra virgin olive oil, creating a light, creamy and flavourful condiment. Ideal for those looking for a genuine and versatile alternative, perfect for enhancing a wide variety of dishes.

Ingredients
Peppers 88%, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, unrefined sea salt.
Egg-free, preservative-free and lactose-free. GLUTEN-FREE.
Store in a cool place away from light. After opening, keep refrigerated at a maximum temperature of +5°C and consume within 2 weeks. Shake before use.
