Casa Iuorio’s vegetables are grown following the natural rhythms of the land and the seasons. Only seeds from native varieties are used, without resorting to intensive farming or greenhouses. The plants grow in open fields, without the use of chemical agents, and are carefully harvested by hand. Processing takes place directly at Casa Iuorio, selecting only vegetables that have reached perfect ripeness. Even the jar filling and labelling are carried out by hand, ensuring an authentic and genuine product.
A plant-based cream with an intense and authentic flavour, made with prized Spiert Broccoli, an ancient wild variety from the Upper Sele Valley. Its creamy texture and delicately herbaceous flavour make it an original alternative to traditional mayonnaise. Free from eggs, preservatives, gluten and lactose, it is ideal for those looking for a genuine condiment with plenty of character, perfect for enhancing a wide variety of dishes.

Ingredients
Spiert broccoli rabe 64%, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, unrefined sea salt.
Egg-free, preservative-free and lactose-free. GLUTEN-FREE.
Store in a cool place away from light. After opening, keep refrigerated at a maximum temperature of +5°C and consume within 2 weeks. Shake before use.
