OSÉ - SPICY SAUCE

Casa Iuorio's vegetables and greens are grown following the natural rhythms of the land and the seasons. We use exclusively seeds of native varieties, without resorting to intensive cultivation or greenhouses. The plants grow in the open field, without the use of chemical agents, and are carefully harvested by hand. The transformation takes place directly in Casa Iuorio, selecting only the vegetables that have reached perfect ripeness. Even the potting and labeling are handcrafted, guaranteeing an authentic and genuine product. Ready-made spicy tomato sauce prepared in an artisanal way. It is perfect for seasoning pasta, both fresh and filled, and for meat-based second courses.

Ingredients
Tomato pulp, peeled datterini tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, salt, onion, chilli pepper, garlic, basil.
After opening, keep in the refrigerator at a temperature of 5°C and consume within 3 days.
