Grano Factory panettone is an artisanal leavened cake requiring 72 hours of preparation, with slow natural leavening that ensures softness, fragrance and a perfectly balanced texture.
Panettone Che Ficata is an artisanal leavened cake with an original character, made with sourdough starter and left to rise slowly. Its soft, fragrant dough is enriched with dried figs and candied cow’s milk ricotta, creating a delightful balance of sweetness, creaminess and fruity notes. Butter, acacia honey, candied mandarin and Madagascar vanilla complete the aromatic profile with warm, enveloping nuances. When sliced, it reveals a soft yellow crumb studded with clearly visible pieces of fig.

Ingredients
Soft wheat flour, butter, dried figs 11.5% (figs, water, antioxidant: E220, preservative: E20, sulphur dioxide), candied ricotta 11.5% [cow’s milk ricotta (milk 60.9%), sugar, glucose syrup, water], sugar, Antiqua Essenza di Grano flour (wholemeal soft wheat flour, toasted soft wheat bran, cracked malted wheat), egg yolk, sourdough starter (soft wheat flour, water), eggs, candied mandarin paste (mandarin peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), acacia honey, salt, toasted barley malt flour, Madagascar vanilla. May contain peanuts, nuts, soya and sesame seeds.
Store in its original bag in a cool, dry place away from sources of heat.
