Leavened baked cake filled with Sicilian Pistachio cream: this log has a soft dough, filled with pistachio cream and covered with icing and chopped pistachios.
Perfect for a refined breakfast, a tasty snack or an irresistible dessert at the end of the meal.
Ingredients
Flour wheat, sugar, butter, egg yolkeggs, milk skimmed powder, emulsifier: mono-diglycerides of fatty acids, natural yeast (wheat), salt, flavourings. Frosting al pistachio: sugar, non-hydrogenated vegetable fats (palm), milk rehydrated skimmed, lactose, aromas, pistachio Sicily (4% on the total ingredients).
Filling: pistachio 20%, sugar, non-hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats (sunflower oil, coconut oil, cocoa butter), milk skimmed powder, whey milk powder, natural coloring E141, emulsifier: soy lecithin, aroma (vanillin).
It may also contain traces of other nuts, peanuts, sesame.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources. Do not store in the refrigerator.
