Papaccella and Corno di Capra peppers cut into strips and preserved in extra virgin olive oil according to Mediterranean tradition. The natural sweetness of the peppers combines with the aromatic notes of garlic, oregano and a delicate touch of chilli, creating an intense and harmonious balance of flavours. Ideal as an appetiser, side dish or ingredient for enriching sandwiches, focaccia and cold dishes.
