Brusa is a family-run company founded in 1974 in the Biella area, combining the depth of Piedmontese tradition with an innovative and artisanal approach. Brusa’s philosophy is based on the perfect balance between respect for traditional know-how and continuous research, in order to deliver outstanding quality.
Paste di Meliga are an authentic Piedmontese specialty: crunchy biscuits with a rustic character, made with Italian corn flour. Thanks to their crumbly texture and the aromatic profile given by the corn flour and high-quality butter, Paste di Meliga are perfect enjoyed on their own or paired with a glass of Moscato wine or zabaglione for a moment of pure tradition.

Ingredients
Type “00” wheat flour, butter, corn flour, sugar, eggs from free-range hens, honey, egg yolk from free-range hens, baking powder (raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, wheat starch), salt, natural flavorings. May contain walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, sesame seeds, and soy.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and light sources.
