Paste di Meliga are an authentic Piedmontese speciality: crisp, rustic biscuits made with Italian maize flour. Their crumbly texture and distinctive flavour, created by the combination of maize flour and quality butter, make Paste di Meliga perfect enjoyed on their own or paired with a glass of Moscato or zabaglione for a truly traditional treat.

Ingredients
Type “00” soft wheat flour, butter, maize flour, sugar, barn eggs, honey, barn egg yolk, raising powder (raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, wheat starch), salt, natural flavourings. May contain walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, sesame seeds, soya.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and light sources.
