PEACH COMPOTE

The peach compote embodies the company's artisanal philosophy. Rich in water and fiber, peaches are light fresh fruits. Sweet and fragrant, peaches give this compote a balanced freshness and a full, natural flavour. Perfect for use in pastry making or as an ingredient in mixing for the creation of refined drinks.

Ingredients
Peaches, raw beet sugar, thickener: pectin (natural polymer, derived from citrus or apple peel). GLUTEN FREE. Fruit content: minimum 70g per 100g of product.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources. Once opened, store in the refrigerator
