Perché Ci Credo was born with the aim of enhancing the Mediterranean gastronomic tradition through authentic products, made with selected raw materials and simple and genuine processes. A condiment with an enveloping aroma and a strong flavour, inspired by peasant tradition: chopped yellow peppers, whole Celline olives without stones, capers and onion, all wrapped in a rich tomato and basil sauce.
Without preservatives, additives and colourants.
Ingredients
Yellow peppers 35%, tomato, onion, extra virgin olive oil, pitted black olives, capers, vinegar of wine (contains sulphites), basil, salt.
Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 4-5 days.
