PEPERONATA WITH OLIVES AND ONION BRUSCHETTONA

A condiment with an enveloping aroma and a strong flavour, inspired by peasant tradition: chopped yellow peppers, whole Celline olives without stones, capers and onion, all wrapped in a rich tomato and basil sauce.

Ingredients
Yellow peppers 35%, tomato, onion, extra virgin olive oil, pitted black olives, capers, vinegar of wine (contains sulphites), basil, salt.
Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 4-5 days.
