Semi -integral Carnaroli rice preserves a greater fiber content, a more intense flavor and a richer aromatic profile than traditional rice. Cultivated in Piedmont, in the Biella area, this rice, thanks to the partial processing only, cooks in just over 20 minutes, significantly reducing the times compared to a completely full rice. It represents the perfect balance between the nutritional properties of full rice and the practicality of use of refined rice. Unlike full rice, semi -integral Carnaroli is also ideal for the preparation of risotto, thanks to its ability to absorb condiments and maintain a creamy consistency.
