KRUMIRI

Brusa is a family-run company founded in 1974 in the Biella area, combining the depth of Piedmontese tradition with an innovative and artisanal approach. Krumiri are an authentic speciality of Piedmontese tradition, prepared according to the original recipe from Casale Monferrato. With their delicate yet rich flavour, Krumiri are perfect with hot drinks, sweet wines or liqueurs, turning every bite into a small journey through Piedmontese tradition.

Ingredients
Type “00” soft wheat flour, butter, sugar, barn eggs, barn egg yolk, honey, salt, vanillin. May contain walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, sesame seeds, soya.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and light sources.
