PINOT BIANCO ALTO ADIGE D.O.C. 2023

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is aromatic, flowery and with notes of green apple. Slightly spicy. In the mouth there are mineral and fruity notes, the body is decided and pleasantly full. The right degree of acidity enhances its freshness.

Training system: low-cane Guyot

Harvest: hand-harvested in crates

Vinification: After a delicate pressing of the grapes, the must is allowed to settle naturally. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks with pure yeasts at controlled temperature of 18°C

Refinement: after a few months of maturation on the selected yeasts, this wine expresses itself at its best

Alcohol content: 13,5%

Serving temperature: 10-12°C
