Straw yellow with greenish highlights. The bouquet is aromatic and floral, with notes of green apple and a subtle spicy nuance. Mineral and fruity on the palate, with a firm yet pleasantly full body. Well-balanced acidity enhances its freshness.

Production area: South Tyrolean valley floor and the steep slopes around Cortina sulla Strada del Vino

Training system: Guyot trellising with low-trained canes

Harvest: picked by hand into crates

Vinification: after gentle pressing, the solids are allowed to settle naturally. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks with pure cultured yeasts at a controlled temperature of 18°C

Ageing: on selected lees for several months, allowing the wine to develop its full expression

Alcohol content: 13.5% – Contains sulphites

Serving temperature: 10–12°C
