Deep, bright ruby red in colour. The seductive and complex bouquet reveals refined aromas of wild berries and sour cherry. Harmoniously rounded and soft on the palate, it is focused and elegant, with rich flavours of wild berries.

Harvest: picked by hand into crates

Vinification: after destemming, the grapes ferment for approximately 7 days at a controlled temperature of 26–28°C. During fermentation, pump-overs and gentle pressing bring the must into regular contact with the skins, promoting optimal colour extraction while enhancing the wine’s fruity aromas. The wine is carefully racked off the skins twice

Ageing: 12 months in French oak barriques, followed by a further 6 months in stainless-steel tanks. After blending, the wine is bottled and left to rest further

Alcohol content: 13.5% – Contains sulphites

Serving temperature: 16–18°C
