Intense and brilliant ruby red. The nose is seductive and complex, with elegant notes recalling forrest berries and Amarena cherry. On the palate it is harmoniously round and soft, compact and elegant, with a rich and persistent berry character.

Harvest: hand-harvested in crates

Vinification: After destemming, fermentation lasts about 7 days at a controlled temperature of 26-28°C. During fermentation, the must remains in contact with the skins, which are regularly submerged through pump-overs and gentle punch-downs. This allows optimal extraction of color and enhances the wine's fruity aromas. Two careful rackings are carried out.

Refinement: aged in French oak barriques for 12 months, followed by a further 6 months stainless steel tanks. After blending, the wine is bottled and left to rest further
