“LECCINO” OLIVES WITH OREGANO IN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Each recipe is designed to bring the natural flavour of vegetables to the table, with full respect for seasonality and quality.
Leccino olives grow on majestic olive trees, emblems of Mediterranean culture, and are carefully harvested by hand. After harvesting, they undergo natural fermentation to reduce the characteristic bitterness of oleuropein, an alkaloid naturally found in these olives. They are then salt-cured, enriched with the aroma of oregano, pitted and dressed with extra virgin olive oil. Delicious and full of flavour, they are perfect for enhancing any culinary experience.

Ingredients
Olives 71%, wine vinegar (contains sulphites), salt, oregano, extra virgin olive oil. May contain olive stones.
Once opened, refrigerate and treat as a fresh product.
