Porcini risotto is ready-to-cook quality rice, made with Italian rice to which dried porcini mushrooms have been added. Thanks to the selection of the ingredients and the concentration of flavor in the mushrooms, the product offers a rich and recognizable taste profile, combining the structure and firmness of the grain with the characteristic earthy and enveloping note of the porcini mushrooms. Suitable for a quick service without sacrificing quality, it is ideal for risottos with a distinctive character, perfect for enhancing menus with autumnal accents and excellent ingredients.

Manufactured in a facility that uses: celery, sesame seeds, mustard, soy.
