It boasts among its specialties the prickly pear liqueur, made from fresh fruit from its own organic crops, carefully selected at the time of harvest. Thanks to the skilful technique of maceration and infusion of the pulp in alcohol, carried out by master liqueur makers, a liqueur with a sweet, fruity and intensely aromatic profile takes shape, which contains the authentic essence of this typical local fruit.
