READY-TO-USE VEGETABLE SOFFRITTO BASE

Casa Iuorio products are created with full respect for the natural rhythms of the land and the seasons. They are harvested by hand and processed directly on the farm, selecting only ingredients at their perfect stage of ripeness. A ready-to-use preparation made with fresh vegetables, ideal for creating the perfect soffritto for numerous recipes in just a few minutes. The balanced combination of carrots, onion and celery, enhanced with extra virgin olive oil and aromatic herbs, delivers an intense, natural flavour. Perfect as a base for sauces, risottos, soups, pulses and main courses. A convenient ingredient that brings all the flavour of tradition to the kitchen.

Ingredients
Carrots (44%), extra virgin olive oil, onion (17%), celery (9%), salt, lemon juice, garlic, spices and herbs (parsley, chives, rosemary, sage, pepper).
Store in a cool place. After opening, refrigerate at +5°C and consume within 1–2 weeks.
