Casa Iuorio’s vegetables are grown following the natural rhythms of the land and the seasons. Only seeds from native varieties are used, without resorting to intensive farming or greenhouses. The plants grow in open fields, without the use of chemical agents, and are carefully harvested by hand. Processing takes place directly at Casa Iuorio, selecting only vegetables that have reached perfect ripeness. Even the jar filling and labelling are carried out by hand, ensuring an authentic and genuine product.
Ready-to-Use Vegetable Soffritto is a preparation made with fresh vegetables, ideal for creating the perfect soffritto base for a wide variety of recipes in just a few minutes. The balanced combination of carrots, onion and celery, enriched with extra virgin olive oil and aromatic herbs, delivers a rich and natural flavour. Perfect as a base for sauces, risottos, soups, pulses and main courses, it is a practical ingredient that brings the authentic taste of tradition to everyday cooking.

Ingredients
Carrots 44%, extra virgin olive oil, onion 17%, celery 9%, salt, lemon juice, garlic, spices and herbs (parsley, chives, rosemary, sage, pepper).
Store in a cool place. Once opened, keep refrigerated at +5°C and consume within 1–2 weeks.
