RED DATTERINO SAUCE

Casa Iuorio's vegetables and greens are grown following the natural rhythms of the land and the seasons. We use exclusively seeds of native varieties, without resorting to intensive cultivation or greenhouses. The plants grow in the open field, without the use of chemical agents, and are carefully harvested by hand. The transformation takes place directly in Casa Iuorio, selecting only the vegetables that have reached perfect ripeness. Even the potting and labeling are handcrafted, guaranteeing an authentic and genuine product.
The red datterino sauce is produced with tomatoes grown on the hills which stand out for their high sugar content which makes it particularly aromatic and with a very intense flavour.
