Hand-harvested in crates: manual in box  

Winemaking: maceration with the skins for 6-8 days; racking and thermal control at the end of fermentation at a controlled temperature of 24°C

Refinement: in steel to preserve the varietal aroma, immediacy and balance of the wine

Alcohol content: 13.5% - Contains sulphites 

Serving temperature: 16-18°C
