Organoleptic notes: The aromatic notes are supported by sweet and bitter orange peel, by ginger, sage and Achillea. The Bourbon vanilla rounds and softens the sip by giving a pleasant overall sweetness, without ever losing sight of the balance. The bitter notes of the Roman and kind absinthe, the backbone of every self -respecting vermouth: their bitter love is supported by the most earthy of the Gentian and the vibrant one of Quassio are the masters.
PRODUCTION: For Vermouth in Bordiga only high quality raw materials are used such as the Alpine botanicals still gathered by hand on the Cuneo Alps by the mountaineers and brought to the company, the precious Piedmontese wines and the exotic spices. The production provides an ancient and traditional procedure that contemplates no less than 40-50 days before bottling. After bottling, the product is left to rest in the Bordiga cellars again at a constant temperature of about 10 degrees for at least 15-20 days before being ready for consumption. The filtering takes place exclusively with natural procedures, by refrigeration and with the use of natural paper filters.
