Ruby red in colour. The bouquet reveals aromas of violet, cherry and blackberry. Pleasant and dry on the palate, with excellent balance.

Harvest: picked by hand into crates

Vinification: destemming and gentle pressing with skin contact, followed by fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28–30°C and maceration for approximately 10 days

Ageing: in stainless-steel tanks, followed by a brief period of bottle ageing

Alcohol content: 13.5% – Contains sulphites

Serving temperature: 16–18°C
