RIESLING ALTO ADIGE D.O.C. 2025

The colour ranges from greenish yellow to pale yellow. The delicate bouquet reveals floral aromas with hints of peach and apricot. Appealing on the palate, it is refined and dry, with subtle acidity and a lively roundness.

Production area: plains surrounding Cortina sulla Strada del Vino, Bolzano, Trentino-South Tyrol

Training system: Guyot trellising with low-trained canes

Harvest: picked by hand into crates

Vinification: the crushed and destemmed grapes are loaded into a pneumatic press and undergo cold maceration for 6–8 hours before pressing to enhance the wine’s fruity aromas. They are then gently pressed and the solids are allowed to settle naturally. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks with pure cultured yeasts at a controlled temperature of 19°C
