Color that varies from yellow/greenish to light yellow. The perfume is delicate and reveals aroma of flowers with hints of fishing and apricot. On the palate it is captivating: noble and dry with thin notes of acidity and lively roundness.

Vinification: the bunches are poured into the ato -crushed and branched astumatic press.
